Your Crabcake mix was made fresh the day before you received it. The Cadillac Crab Cake begins with a traditional Chesapeake Bay style recipe using only the finest ingredients with very little "filter". Made by hand in small batches of 10 lbs., the crab meat is gently folded in to maintain those big, succulent lumps of CRABMEAT! All orders include our tomato tarter Cadillac Sauce.
